Keep your
backup moving.
The drive is not detected
Connect the drive before opening the system folder picker. Confirm that the device, adapter, and file system support writing. Some portable drives need external power.
Only some photos appear
Open system Settings and give PhotoAnchor access to all photos, or add more items to the limited selection.
A backup was stopped
Completed files are kept. An incomplete active file is removed, and the remaining items can be backed up the next time you tap Backup.
